Seeking for experienced computer/networking technician with great customer service skills. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

PC configuration and troubleshooting – Operating Systems, hardware, networking and software

 

 

Help Desk – Assisting customers over the phone
Basic/Intermediate network experience which includes the following:

 

  1. Troubleshooting network problem
  2. Active Directory Administration
  3. Setting up a Windows 2000/2003 server
  4. Troubleshooting backup problems with tape drives
  5. Setup and install basic router configurations
  6. A +, CCNA or MCSE certification
  7. Multitasking working with multiple projects at a time
